Based in Las Vegas, SËNPAI UNDERGROUND (Sen) is a multi-genre DJ and emerging producer known for skillfully blending genres through 100% freestyle sets, no pre-planned tracklists, just instinct, technical precision and the energy of the dance floor. Rooted in Drum & Bass, Jungle and bass music, her range moves fluidly through House, Techno, UKG, 140 and Future Bass. Her journey behind the decks began in Portland, Oregon, followed by formative years immersed in Denver’s bass music community before making Las Vegas home. Since then, SËNPAI has performed from the Hawaiian Islands to San Francisco, including F8 Nightclub, shared stages with artists such as Delta Heavy and Reid Speed, and performed at Odyssey Noir at AREA15. The name SËNPAI UNDERGROUND embodies an ethos she calls “Master of the Underground”, not mastery of a single genre, but the freedom to move between them.

 

Her identity lives in the space between genres, connecting contrasting sounds into an expression distinctly her own. Influenced by her love of Japanese and anime culture, the name eventually took on a life of its own as fans organically began chanting “NOTICE ME, SËNPAI!” during her performances, turning a familiar anime reference into a signature exchange between artist and audience. Now focused on original production, SËNPAI is channeling her eclectic musical taste and natural connection to sound into something entirely her own, allowing every influence, rhythm and frequency that has shaped her to become part of a distinct and evolving sound.
